Shit, I can't have this damn thing accept the type inside its definition. Like in trees or so.

oh, from typing import Self

Yeah, grabbing your right ear with your right hand around the head. The string workaround in older versions looks even more shitty. Trying to declare lists with a type results with empty type instances. Strange - works in "typing" though, why not try it elsewhere.

And another discovery - I can't use if in a lambda when walking through the dreaded tree, unless the syntax gets super wild ...
