Huh, it's back! After downgrading vscode to v. 1.88, the c#-related features launch in seconds, don't waste cpu cycles and/or io on "discovering tests" when there are no tests. The object/function/property references count is correct. No "devkit"-like fuckup is there.
Now let ust trieth the 8th dotnet. That's the third 8 together with the editor version. Something along the lines of this SO post that I thik is just a joke ... : I'm currently still utterly confused about this, but if I move the
window from my secondary monitor to my primary then the debugging works.
